OrganiZymeDB compiles experimental measurements of enzyme stability and function in the presence of organic solvents, manually curated from the primary literature. Data is organized per enzyme, with experimental measurements extensively annotated and classified by assay type using a controlled vocabulary. Each measurement is paired with an aqueous-phase control; where reported, mutant entries also include the wild-type value measured under identical conditions.
